First National Bank of Pasco is aware of the current cyberfraud known as Quantum Route Redirect. Currently, this scam is targeting Microsoft 365 accounts and acts by unknowingly redirecting users to fraudulent login pages designed to steal usernames, passwords, and multifactor authentication codes.

What you need to know:

  • Criminals may send emails or links appearing to come from Microsoft 365.
  • Clicking these links may take you to a counterfeit sign-in page that looks legitimate.
  • Entering your credentials may allow the attackers to access your email, reset banking-related information, or intercept private communications.

How to Protect Yourself:

  • Do not sign in to Microsoft 365 from unknown or unexpected links in emails or text messages.
  • Always verify the URL before entering your credentials (username, email address, password, MFA, etc.). Genuine Microsoft 365 login pages always use secure Microsoft domains.
  • Enable multifactor authentication (MFA) and never share an multifactor authentication codes with anyone.
  • If you receive a suspicious message referencing Microsoft 365 security issues, do not click any links—go directly to the official Microsoft portal.

If you think you may have entered information on a fraudulent page:

  • Immediately change your Microsoft 365 password.
  • Call First National Bank of Pasco (352) 521-0141 or your preferred location.
  • Monitor your banking, Microsoft 365, and other accounts for unusual activity.

First National Bank of Pasco prioritizes the security of its customers. Please stay vigilant and contact us if you have any concerns. Thank you!
